Terms of Service
These terms explain how Prism works, how credits and billing are handled, and when refunds or credit restorations may apply.
Last updated: May 11, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Prism Videos and related websites, applications, tools, and services. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, buying credits, or using Prism, you agree to these Terms.
If you are using Prism on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Prism Services
Prism provides AI-powered tools for generating, editing, organizing, and exporting images, videos, and related creative assets. The services may include access to third-party AI models, infrastructure providers, payment processors, and storage services.
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the services at any time, including model availability, pricing, credit costs, and feature access.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it current.
You may not use Prism if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law or if your account has been suspended or terminated for violating these Terms.
4. Subscriptions, Credits, and Billing
Prism may offer free plans, paid subscriptions, credit packs, usage-based charges, promotional credits, and other paid features. Credits are Prism's internal unit for accessing certain generation, editing, rendering, or other paid actions.
Credits may be used, reserved, or applied when you submit a generation request or paid action. Credit costs may vary based on model, duration, resolution, quality, references, and other settings.
Subscription charges renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Canceling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
5. Refund Policy
All purchases, subscriptions, credit packs, and other paid access to Prism are final and non-refundable once any credits associated with the purchase, subscription, or billing period have been used, spent, reserved, or applied to a generation request or other paid action.
Credits are consumed when you submit a generation, edit, render, or other paid action, whether or not you ultimately use, download, publish, or are satisfied with the resulting output. We do not provide refunds for unused time in a subscription period, partially used billing periods, dissatisfaction with generated results, changes of mind, accidental use, or unused credits, except where required by law.
If a generation fails because of a technical error that Prism determines is eligible for credit restoration, we may restore the affected credits to your account. Restored credits are not a cash refund and do not entitle you to a refund of subscription fees, credit purchases, or other payments.
Credits may not be restored where a request fails or is blocked because of user input, account misuse, prohibited content, third-party provider policy enforcement, or any other case where Prism or its providers incur costs for processing the request.
6. User Content and Generated Output
You are responsible for prompts, uploads, references, instructions, assets, and other content you provide to Prism. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit that content and use the outputs generated from it.
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, similar to outputs generated for other users, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using, publishing, or distributing them.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use Prism to violate law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, create or distribute harmful content, impersonate others, bypass safety systems, overload the service, reverse engineer the service, or attempt unauthorized access to Prism or third-party systems.
We may block requests, remove content, suspend accounts, or restrict access when we believe activity violates these Terms, provider policies, or applicable law.
8. Third-Party Providers
Prism depends on third-party providers for AI models, payments, hosting, storage, analytics, and other infrastructure. Your use of Prism may be affected by third-party availability, limitations, policy enforcement, outages, latency, and pricing changes.
Certain requests may be rejected or blocked by third-party providers. If a provider charges Prism for a blocked or policy-enforced request, the related credit usage may remain non-refundable.
9. Service Availability
We aim to keep Prism available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may be experimental, delayed, rate-limited, or unavailable.
We are not responsible for losses caused by downtime, failed generations, delayed processing, provider outages, or unavailable features, except where required by law.
10. Termination
You may stop using Prism at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, create risk for Prism or others, fail to pay amounts owed, or use the services in a way that may cause legal or operational harm.
Termination does not entitle you to a refund for used credits, partially used billing periods, or previously paid fees, except where required by law.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Prism is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prism Technologies and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Your continued use of Prism after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
